1 lb. peeled and deveined large shrimp
1 clove garlic, finely minced
½ tsp smoked paperika
½ tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 oz dry spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the shrmp, garlic, paprika, and chili powder, tossing to coat. Add 1 tsp of the olive oil and the lemon juice, tossing to coat. Let stand 3 minutes.

2. In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and saute on both sides for a total of 3 minutes, or until the shrimp is just opaque and cooked through.


Serve over 1/2 cup cooked whholeweat spaghetti (1 oz dry)
