2 lbs new red potatoes
4 T dry white wine
2 T Wine vinegar
1 t Dijon Mustard
6 T Olive Oil
2 T chopped green onions
3 T chopped dill

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes carefully. Do not let split or crumble
Cool slightly then cut into quarters
Pour wine over potatoes and toss gently
Mix vinaigrette of wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, chopped green onions,
and chopped dill. Pour vinaigrette over potatoes and toss gently
