2 pounds ground pork
Salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon parsley
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup panko bread crumbs

Barbecue Sauce:
8 ounces ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs:
Combine other ingredients, and then add bread crumbs. Roll the mixture into meatballs. Broil in oven until browned.

Sauce:
Brown onion in butter. Add other ingredients, and cook until heated through.

Combine meatballs and sauce, and cook at 350º for 1 hour.
