baby spinach
gruyere cheese, shaved for topping of salad
8-10 fresh figs, quartered
candied walnuts

Dressing:
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
⅔ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp whole seed mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp orange juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients. Marinate figs in the dressing for a few hours or preferably, overnight.

Toss salad with fig dressing and top with shaved gruyere cheese and candied nuts.
