2 cups sugar
2 cups butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking soda
6 cups flour
1 tsp salt

Icing
1 stick butter
2 lbs powder sugar
1/2 can evaporated milk
Vanilla flavoring
Almond flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Add milk and baking soda, mix well. Add 3 cups flour and salt, mix well. Stir in 3 more cups flour. Roll dough out on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Bake 6-8 minutes.

Icing
Melt butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond flavoring. Add milk a little at a time until you get the consistency you want for your icing. Ice cookies when they are cooled.

These cookies freeze well.
