Ingredients:  
Crust: 1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c olive or canola oil
1/4 c ice water
Quiche mix: 4-6 eggs, 1-2 c milk, bacon or sausage cooked, spinach or broccoli, cheddar or swiss cheese, parmasan cheese, salt & pepper, dash of nutmeg.

Mix flour and salt. Beat to thicken oil and ice water. Mix thickened oil and flour mixture with a fork. Form dough ball and press crust into a 9 inch pie plate. Fill with quiche mixture. Bake at 400° about 45 minutes or til done.
