1 c. Evaporated milk
2 c. White sugar
¼ c. Butter
1 c. Miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunk-style peanut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar and butter in a heavy 10 inch iron skillet. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla until evenly blended. Turn into a butter square pan.

Dot was my tenth grade English teacher. My sister married her nephew Phillip Clay and I came to know her personally. She made this fudge for the whole community. I got to watch her make it one day in her old iron skillet. A good memory!
