Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 to 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce (We like Sweet Baby Ray's)
3-4 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cans (8 oz. each) crescent dinner rolls
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside.

Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into 16 triangles. On a large greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles in a ring so that the short sides of triangles form a 5 inch ring in the center. Dough will overlap. Dough ring should look like a sun.

Spoon the meat mixture on the half of each triangle closes to the center of the ring. Top with the blue cheese crumbles.

Bring each dough triangle over the filling, tucking dough under bottom layer to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed. (some filling might show a little.)

Bake 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving
