3 EGG WHITES (NO YOKE)
3/4 CUP PECANS CHOPPED
1 TEASPOON VANILLA

BEAT EGG WHITES STIFF.
ADD SUGAR, VANILLA:
FOLD IN CRACKERS AND PECANS:
BAKE IN GREASED PIE PLATE FOR 30 MINUTES AT 350*
TOP WITH WHIPPING CREAM OR ICE CREAM.
