2 1/2 cps. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cp. sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cp. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cp. lemon juice
1 egg, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
3/4-1 cp. powdered sugar
1/2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Combine flour, soda, cornstarch and salt. Alternate adding flour mixture and lemon juice to creamy mixture, ending with flour. Mix until a dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Pinch off cold dough and roll into 1" balls. Place on baking sheets and bake 10-12 min. Cool completely before icing. Mix icing ingredients together and drizzle over cookies.
