8 oz goat cheese or cream cheese
1/3 cup salted almonds chopped
4 to 5 dried apricots chopped
2 to 3 tsp fresh parsley or basil chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup apricot preserves
honey for drizzling
serve with crackers or slices apples

soften goat cheese room temp
spread preserves on your serving platter
crush almonds in plastic bag
chop apricots and mix with chopped parsley or basil
add almonds then roll the goat cheese in the bits
place on preserves on your platter
drizzle honey over top
