Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. plain flour
Mix the above and spread in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350º 20 minutes and cool.

1 c. powdered sugar
1 oz. crème cheese
1 c. cool whip from large tub

Mix 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cheese, and cool whip and spread on crust and chill.
After it chills, pour the pudding mixes over the top.
Spread with remaining Cool Whip
