4 6 oz Salmon Fillets
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp sugar or (1 ½ tsp Stevia, optional)
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Dijon mustard, sugar, cinnamon, and water. Set aside. Coat 13 x 9 baking dish. Add salmon fillets, brush fillets with Dijon mustard mixture on both sides. Bake or Grill for 7-10 minutes, baste again. Cook for 3-5 minutes more. If baking, may take longer to cook verses Grilling. Careful not to over cook.
