2 cans green beans
2 cans wax beans
2 cans kidney beans
1 chopped green bell pepper
3 celery stalks chopped
half of small red onion sliced into rings
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups white vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cans of beans and place into large plastic container. Add bell pepper, celery and onion.

In a small mixing bowl combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Pour ingredients over the beans, bell pepper, celery and onion. Mix well. Place in refrigerator and chill, stir occasionally to remix ingredients. The salad gets better with age so best if made the day before.
