l small box graham crackers
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) instant French Vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 9 oz. cool whip

Frosting:

2 squares melted, Hershey cooking chocolate
1 T white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 T milk
3 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom and sides of 9 X 13 pan.
Line bottom with whole graham crackers.
Mix pudding with milk, blend in whipped topping.
Layer pudding and rest of crackers, ending with crackers on top.

Frosting:

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Carefully spread over crackers,
Chill 24 hours.
