1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup oil
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup snipped dried apricots
1/2 cup raisins









Drizzle:
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 to 2 T. milk or orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine egg, brown sugar, yogurt, water, molasses and oil. Stir into flour mixture; mix well. Stir in oats, apricots and raisins. Spread into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Stir together powdered sugar and enough milk to make drizzle consistency. Drizzle over cooled bars. Yield: 36 bars.
