2/3 c. Flour
1 c. Evaporated milk
1 c milk
4 eggs
1 lb. Monterey Jack and 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Mild ortega green chilis chopped or whole - 1 small can
15 oz. Can Tomatoe sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together flour, milk and eggs.
Make sure it is smooth.
Mix in cheeses and chilis. Pour in 8x8 pan.
Spread tomatoe sauce on top. Can use more chilis if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
