Tenderloin
Salt and pepper
Lawry's
Paprika
Worchestershire
bacon strips

Directions:
Directions:
Lay suet in thin strips over top of tenderloin.
Season with salt, pepper, Lawry's, paprika and Worchestershire (three shakes).
Bacon strips are optional.
Put a thermometer in it.
Bake at 425º for 30 to 45 min. for medium rare.
