20 oz frozen corn
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup fat free milk
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Remove corn from freezer and let sit out for 10-15 minutes, or until thawed
In a large saucepan add thawed corn, cream, salt, pepper, sugar & butter
In a small bowl whisk together milk and flour, until smooth and stir into corn mixture
Cook over medium heat, stirring often to keep the cream from burning, for 25-30 minutes, or until corn is cooked through and mixture is thickened
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
Serve & ENJOY!!
You can also make a double recipe and freeze extra!
