Sauce:
3 TBS Olive Oil
Medium onion - chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic – minced
2 Large cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
Add’l 1 to 1.5 large can of water


Meatballs:
2lbs ground beef
1tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
3 cloves garlic minced
3 T Parsley
1 c. bread crumbs
3 TBS water

2 lbs of Italian sausage

Directions:

Saute:
Olive Oil
Onion
minced garlic

Add:
tomato sauce
tomato paste
water

Simmer

While it simmers, make your meatballs
In a large bowl Mix
ground beef
pepper
salt
eggs
garlic
Parsley
bread crumbs
water

Mix well and make into balls

Add oil in skillet
Add 2 lbs of Italian sausage – brown well and add to sauce
Add meatballs – brown well and add to sauce

Drain oil from pan until there is just enough left for gravy
Add ˝ c. of sauce
Mix with dripping
Scrape pan well and add it all to the sauce

Let simmer for 2+ hours.
