3-4 Plum tomatoes diced
½ cup chicken broth (fat free) optional
½ cup V-8 juice
¼ cup clam broth (vegetable broth) substitute
2 celery stalks, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped
3 bay leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
⅛ red pepper flakes
½ lb scallops, rinsed
½ lb white fish, cut into chunks
½ lb raw shrimp, shelled and deveined

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth, V-8 juice, and broth to a low boil. Lower the heat to a simmer. Add the tomatoes, celery, green pepper, and onion. Simmer for 10 more minutes. Add all the seasonings and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Add the seafood and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. Making sure not to overcook the seafood. Remove from heat and serve.
