½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
10 oz. package spinach or fresh from garden
8 oz. fat-free dry cured cottage cheese
8 oz. fat-free feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ tsp dried basil leaves
½ tsp black pepper
Pam olive oil spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Spray a non stick skillet with Pam. Cook onion and garlic until tender.

Mix all the ingredients well and pour into a large, deep dish pie plate coated with Pam. (make sure the liquid is out of your spinach and cottage cheese before mixing together) Cook for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let set for at least 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.
