"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded

1/3 cup Kraft coleslaw dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Using a box grater, shred cabbage and carrot. I use a box grater as opposed to my food processor because I find the texture is better.
In a bowl, using a whisk, mix dressing, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper and mix.

Add dressing to cabbage/carrot mixture and mix well.

Sprinkle with paprika and/or parsley flakes and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a Baker Family recipe. Every Christmas, Easter, Birthday, any celebration and coleslaw was part of the dinner.

It is delicious and goes with any meat... or any meal.
