5 heads of garlic
EVOO
salt and pepper
Saga Blue Cheese (or a soft blue cheese)
1 baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Crostini: Slice baguette into 1/4 inch thick slices. Brush one side with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown.

Garlic: Cut top off of heads of garlic, leaving head intact. Place garlic bulbs on aluminum foil, cut side up. Drizzle with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil. Bake for 1 hour or until garlic is soft and starting to pop out of cloves.

To serve, spread crostini with warm garlic and top with blue cheese. Yum!
