2½ lb raw shrimp
3 small onions, sliced
½ c celery tops
6 bay leaves
3½ tsp salt
¼ c pickling spice

Sauce:
¼ c vegetable oil
¾ c white vinegar
1½ tsp salt
2½ tsp celery seed
2½ T capers
Tabasco© Sauce, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp. Layer shrimp and onions in container.

Add celery tops, bay leaves, sprinkle salt and pickling spices.

Combine ingredients for sauce in jar and shake. Pour over shrimp. Marinade shrimp for 24 hours, stir every 6 hours.
