your choice of macaroni
water
a can of whole or diced tomatoes or tomato juice
salt and pepper
oil (I use olive oil)

Directions:
Directions:
fill a pot half full of water and add about 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and bring to a boil. When the water is boiling add the macaroni and add a few pinches of salt. If you need to follow the directions on the macaroni box or bag. When the macaroni is tender add the canned tomato or tomato juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
