Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef
½ c seasoned bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced small
1 large egg, slightly beaten
½ tsp black pepper
½ c ketchup
10 oz grape jelly
10 oz chili sauce
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, black pepper and ketchup. Mix well. Shape into small balls.

In a large skillet, place enough meatballs to cover the bottom of the pan. Don't overcrowd. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, turning meatballs about 1/2 way through the cooking time. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a large saucepan, combine the chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice and mix well. Add meatballs. Cook over medium heat until the meatballs are heated through.

Notes:
1. Meatballs can be cooked ahead of time and frozen. When ready to serve, defrost meatballs, make sauce and heat.
2. This can be made in a crockpot.

Also, if you dont have time to make the meatballs, buy a bag of small frozen meatballs. Follow directions for defrosting, make the sauce, heat through - but don't tell MomMom!!
