Ingredients:  
1 large pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
¾ stick butter
2 c. diced ham or sausage
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix :
12 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
2½ c. milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Place a 9x13 pan in preheated oven and melt butter.
Layer in order the following items:
Shredded hash browns about ¾ " deep, meat, cheese.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Bake about 1 hour until set.
