1 9 inch pie crust
12 slices of bacon, crisply fried and crumbled(I use more).
1 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
⅓ c. minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. light cream
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. sugar
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Sprinkle pastry with bacon, cheese and onion.
Blend remaining ingredients with rotary beater; pour over bacon, cheese and onion.
Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 300º and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1" from edge come out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve in wedges.
