2 eggs
1½ c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 #2 can fruit cocktail
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing
1 can evaporated milk
⅔ c brown sugar
1 stick margarine
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. coconut
½ c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar for five minutes.
Sift dry ingredients together and add.
Add Fruit cocktail and mix well.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Icing
Mix evaporated milk, brown sugar, margarine and cook until thickened.
Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
Pour over the cake.
