4 oz blue cheese, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 T onion, finely minced
dash Tabasco Sauce©
1½ T Worcestershire Sauce©
8 oz Wispride© Sharp or Port Wine Cheese spread, softened
1 c pecans, finely chopped, divided
Assorted Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine the Blue Cheese, Cream Cheese and Wispride Cheese.

Add the onion, Tabasco, and ¼ c. Chopped pecans, mix well.

Scrape out of bowl on large sheet of foil. Shape into ball.

Refrigerate until firm.

When ready to serve, unwrap and roll in remaining chopped pecans, completely covering ball. Place cheeseball on serving platter. Top with maraschino cherry. Serve with assorted crackers.
