1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb bulk sausage, sage or hot
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 c Bisquick Baking Mix©

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in a large bowl with hands, making sure to break up sausage and mixing thoroughly.

Form into 1 inch balls. Freeze on cookie sheets to keep balls from sticking together.

Once frozen, they may be stored in freezer in Ziploc bags.

Bake frozen at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
