Ingredients:  
Beat 3 eggs on high for 5 minutes.
Gradually beat in 1 c. white sugar and ⅔c. pumpkin

¾c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon

Filling
1 c. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter, softened
½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread into 15x10x2 pan.
Bake 375º for 20 minutes.

Mix filling ingredients adding nuts last.
Blend well and spread on pumpkin roll.
Roll up,
