1 c. plain flour
1 stick margarine, soft
1 c. pecans
1 12 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine and pecans. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
Cool completely.

Cream sugar, cream cheese and fold in half of the Cool Whip.
Beat together 2 boxes of butterscotch instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla with cream cheese mixture.
Put the rest of the Cook Whip on top and sprinkle with pecans.
Refrigerate.
