1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
¼ c. cream
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Mix all cake ingredients and bake for 40 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and boil over medium heat for three minutes. Pour over cake while cake is hot.
