1 3 oz. package Lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 medium apple, diced
1 small can crushed pineapple
½ c. chopped pecans
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. In separate bowl, combine apple, pineapple, nuts, and cottage cheese. Add mixture to jello. Put in refrigerator to set 1-2 hours. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into mold. Refrigerate overnight.
