Molly's Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:  
6 large potatoes
1 small onion, diced
¼ c. butter
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins on, but do not cook until done. Let cool. Peel and grate.

In saucepan, saute onion in butter. Remove from heat and add sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Spray baking dish with Pam. Place half of potatoes in casserole dish, add salt and pepper. Add ½ of sauce on top. Add another layer of potatoes and top with remaining sauce.

Bake at 350º for 45 min.
