8 oz. jar roasted red peppers (about ¾ c.)
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
½ t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the peppers, rinse, and pat dry. In blender or food processor, puree peppers until smooth. Combine pureed peppers with the mayonnaise, sour cream, and salt.

Serve with raw vegetables (radishes, broccoli, red and green peppers, sugar snap peas, cucumbers, celery).
