1 1/3 cups organic coconut oil
1 1/2 T beeswax beads
1 1/2 T organic Shea butter
3/4 cup arrowroot powder
1/4 cup baking soda
2 T Bentonite clay
25 drops tea tree essential oil
5+ drops lavender essential oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the oils (coconut oil, beeswax and Shea butter) on LOW heat until just melted.
2. Remove from heat and add powders (baking soda, arrowroot powder and bentonite clay), stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Stir every 5-10 minutes until mixture has thickened.
3. Add essential oils. Stir and then pour into airtight containers.

This deodorant is too soft to work well in a deodorant tube.

6/8/21- I swapped 1 T of coconut oil for 1 T of jojoba oil to see if that will help avoid rash/skin crusties (after a few days’ use). Also increased the amount of Shea butter by about 1 T to help with consistency.
