Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of Natalie's favorite dishes. Since it didn't come on the scene until she was almost grown, it is generally reserved for special occasions when she's visiting. It also makes quite a bit, so works best for larger family gatherings. Although many people go for a creamier consistency in their mac & cheese, this baked version (with a slightly crispy crust) is a family treat.
