*2 boxes of cornbread, make according to box
*3/4 cup of bell pepper, chopped
*3/4 cup of red peppers, chopped
*3/4 cup of celery, chopped
*3/4 cup of onion chopped
*Butter
*chicken breast
*Sage
*Chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Make cornbread according to box, crumble it up and set aside.

2) Saute red peppers, bell pepper, celery and onion in butter, keep crunchy

3) Boil Gizzards or chicken breast (save water)

4) Add sage and chicken bouillon to the water (to taste)

5) Mix everything together, enough water to keep it moist.

6) Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
