Ingredients:
As many 3/4 inch tuna steaks as you need
Teriyaki Sauce
Sesame seeds
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
I tried this one night when I was hungry; using what I had on hand. I didn't want to take the time to BBQ. Dip each tuna steak in Teriyaki sauce, coat both sides. Then press in sesame seeds, on a plate. Pre-heat a good quality stainless or cast iron skillet. Place steaks in a hot skillet and drizzle with olive oil. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. The idea is to sear it quickly so it's rare on the inside. Remove from pan and let sit a few minutes before slicing. Tuna is always best served rare.

This is a fantastically fast and delicious dinner. Great served with a salad and rice pilaf.
