Strawberries - large, well formed, with stem
Semi-sweet Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips
Caramel sauce - good quality
Himalayan salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry strawberries on paper towels. Pat dry. Microwave chocolate chips 20-30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until creamy and smooth. Dip strawberries or spoon chocolate over until covered, leaving a gap between the chocolate and stem. Place on a plate and chill for 30 minutes to harden chocolate. Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with salt at the last minute.
