1 pkg. lemon cake mix (515 g)
1 pkg lemon jello (99 g)
3/4 cup of oil (or 3/4 cup of applesauce)
3/4 cup of water
4 eggs


2 cups Icing sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
Zest of a lemon (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat first 5 ingredients at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes


Glaze:

Mix together incing sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Poke holes over cake and drizzle with glaze.
