Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse ham.
2. Wrap in aluminum foil so that juices do not escape.
3. Place in pan.
4. Bake according to label on ham.
5. When done, drain broth into glass measuring cup.
6. Refrigerate broth overnight.
 

Gravy

Ham broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Skim white fat off the top of the chilled broth and place in fry pan.
2. On medium heat, heat until fat has turned to liquid.
3. Gradually stir in about 2 tablespoons of flour and brown.
4. Stir in remaining broth until smooth.
5. Gradually add about the same amount of water that there was broth, stirring constantly until gravy is thickened.
