2 cups hot water
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp yeast
½ cup warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
⅔ cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 beaten eggs
7 - 8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Grease baking pan

Pour the hot water over the butter, and stir until melted. Set aside to cool.
Dissolve yeast in the warm water and 1 Tbsp of sugar.
Combine the butter and yeast mistures and add the sugar, salt and eggs.
Knead in flour to make a good bread mixture. Place in a greased bowl, cover and put in a warm place to rise until double.
Punch dough down and form into rolls, placing them on the prepared pan.
Let rise again and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
