1 cup stone ground whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup melted butter, cooled
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Grease or line muffin tin

Place whole wheat flour in mixing bowl.
Sift white flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Beat eggs into milk and add butter, sugar and nuts.
Stir in dry ingredients until flour is moistened. Batter will appear lumpy.
Fill greased or lined muffin tin ⅔ full.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until done
