2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
3½ teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1½ cups milk
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
1½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder. In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. In 3rd bowl, lightly beat egg yolks and then add milk, butter and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened, Fold in egg whites. Bake in pre-heated waffle iron.

*Due to allergy issues in my home we use the Soy Milk, and it kicks it up a notch, so much more tasty
