2 1/2 c flour
3/4 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar, packed and rounded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 c chopped pecans

1 egg
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, white sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vegetable oil together, it will be slightly crumbly. Take out one cup, spooned in lightly and heaping, and mix with 3/4 cup chopped pecans for topping. To remainder of first mixture add one egg, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla. Beat mixture about two minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 by 13 inch pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
