1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup dark Karo syrup (can use light)
1 cube butter
1 can sweet & condensed milk
1 teas. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine sugar, syrup and butter. Cook to boiling. Add condensed milk. Continue to boil to softball stage. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Pour over cooked popcorn and let cool.
